Catfish Tacos
Serves 4 |

Ingredients:
1 lb catfish fillets, cut into bite size pieces |
1/2 cup seafood fry mix |
4 flour tortillas, warmed |
1/2 cup tartar sauce |
1/2 cup salsa |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
Vegetable oil, for frying |
Lime wedges, for garnish |
Directions:
- In a small bowl, stir together tartar sauce and salsa. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a shallow dish, stir together cumin and seafood fry mix.
- Moisten catfish pieces with water; shake off excess. Coat catfish pieces in fry mixture.
- Add oil to a large skillet. Bring skillet to medium heat.
- Fry catfish pieces until golden brown and flip once. (Cook for 3 to 5 minutes) Drain cooked catfish on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Evenly divide catfish among warmed tortillas. Serve with tartar-salsa and lime wedges.
